Photo Shoot Pricing

If you book before May 1, 2025:

$80 – 30 Minutes, 5 Edited Images

If you book after May 1, 2025:

$100 – 30 Minutes, 5 Edited Images

Photo shoots may be extended for an additional charge if time permits.

All photo shoots are for 1-2 people. For groups of 3 or more, please enquire with me first before booking.

Additional images can be chosen for editing for $5/image.

A deposit of 50% ($40, or $50 respectively) is due once a date and time have been agreed upon for the photo shoot. The second half is due before preview images are delivered.

Payments are accepted via Cash App or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

If a photo shoot is cancelled by you prior to 1 week before the first day of the convention (May 21st, 2025), the deposit will be refunded. If it is cancelled by you after this date, the deposit will not be refunded.

If I need to cancel the photo shoot, for any reason other than if you are more than 20 minutes late, the deposit will be refunded regardless of the date.

Late Policy

If you are more than 20 minutes late to the photo shoot, it will be at my discrecion to decide if the shoot will be canceled. If a photo shoot is canceled for this reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Delivery of Images

Within 1 week after the end of the convention, sometimes sooner, a link to preliminary images will be delivered to you. From this list you can choose which photos you would like to be edited.

The final edited images will be delivered within about 4 weeks of the end of the convention.
